We had very high expectations of this place, in fact, we arrived to find it exceeded our expectations & then some! We were within 5 minutes of all the shops and pubs of Croyde & within a 10 minute walk of the lovely Croyde beach! The views from the Salt Cabin were stunning & the little touches (from the Nespresso coffee machine and the goldmine of DVDs, to the comfy sofa and marshmallow-like bed) made our stay even more wonderful & relaxing :) This was a perfect place to see in the new year!

Suberb apartment. Exceptionally clean, with everything you could need. Everything is of the highest quality. Very nice to arrive to a bottle of bubbly and scones. The views are just fantastic, and so easy to walk into the village with great pubs, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I hope we will return.

Superb accommodation and Deborah made us feel very welcome. The home itself has excellent views of the valley and the ocean. They even set up a Christmas tree and put some lovely shortbread under the tree as a gift. We were very lucky to have spent time here. Bathroom is beautiful and tub is huge!

The Salt Cabin is a perfect in many ways. It is a within stone's throw distance from the centre of Croyde village, pubs, restaurants and nearby beaches. The exquisite interior was carefully considered and provides everything to make you need to feel home from home. It's cosy and finished to high standard. We also loved the vast DVD collection after long days on the beach. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely cabin and we would definitely come back again! The place is very bright, clean and well equipped and decorated. It felt very cosy and homely: a perfect spot for a romantic getaway! It's ideally placed, close to the beach, the village & the surrounding area are all very pretty, with walks accessible direct from the cabin. We really enjoyed Devon. We got a very warm welcome from Deborah... Great to start our stay in Devon with some clotted cream and scones! ;-)

We had a lovely time at Salt Cabin, it is a beautifully decorated and finished place. It has lovely views and the bi-fold doors open fully to make the most of it. The location is also great as it gives a great base to go off exploring, and there is plenty to find. All in all we loved the cabin and our time away. Thank you!

Salt Cabin is exactly as described, in fact we would say it is even better! It was really lovely to have a cream tea & bottle of bubbles waiting to welcome us. It is in a beautiful peaceful location to be able to enjoy the views & sunny garden & the huge opening door is just stunning. The kitchen is so well equipped that it was a pleasure to cook in with the sun setting & the huge door wide open to the sea view...

It was fantastic arriving at this wonderful bolt hole to find a cream tea and a bottle of bubbly waiting on the kitchen table, just what was needed after a 6 hour drive... ...Returning to our little piece of luxury after battling the Atlantic and the Devonshire elements was an absolute joy, having warmed up after a hot shower or soak in the enormous bath, we enjoyed watching the sun set over the sand dunes with a glass of something in hand.

The cabin is stunning with everything you need that you can think of. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our 1 year old and provided cot, high chair and even children's plate/bowl etc. It was a real treat to stay in this wonderful property and we cant to go back.
